**AI assistant and desktop agent** (May 2026 – Present)
- Shipped user-scoped agent memory synced across devices, a Skills tab with import and export, and @ file references for UiPath Autopilot in Studio Web, Studio Desktop and Portal.
- Built one skills-archive service shared by the Delegate desktop app and the embedded web app.
- Added command-line start/stop so IT teams can run time-limited unattended capture through Intune.

**Deployment tool for financial-services solutions** (Jan 2026 – May 2026)
- Built a cross-platform Python CLI that installs vertical solutions onto customer tenants from one manifest-driven package: PKCE sign-in, Orchestrator and Data Fabric provisioning, data seeding, backup and restore.
- Created build-once-deploy-many Azure DevOps pipelines and a Data Fabric schema shared across solutions; covered the CLI with 104 tests at 80% coverage.

**Cloud backend and on-premises releases for a process-discovery platform** (Jul 2024 – 2026)
- Designed real-time remote control of desktop recorder fleets over SignalR with Redis-backed state, plus recording schedules and privacy allow and deny lists.
- Delivered entitlement-based licensing enforcement and a generic PDD/SOP document-export platform in ASP.NET Core, removing 6.6k lines of legacy code.
- Owned remediation of about 80 Wiz, FedRAMP and FOSSA findings, and drove a cross-team Dapr 1.11 → 1.15 upgrade that unblocked an Automation Suite release candidate.
- As production on-call engineer, triaged 48 incidents and 13 SLO breaches and executed a speech-to-text provider cutover across 8 production regions.

- Built OS-level capture for Windows recorders: low-level input hooks, clipboard and file tracking, Office and Word interop, SAP GUI scripting, and a DLL-injection plugin shipped in the 23.4 release.
- Moved the recorders to .NET 8 with self-contained installers and direct-to-blob image upload.
- Ported Task Capture to macOS with multi-display capture and OCR on arm64 and x64.

**Desktop data-processing pipeline** (Jun 2020 – Apr 2023)
- Re-architected the component behind most customer-reported issues on TPL Dataflow, state machines and Polly; split it into controller and worker processes and moved storage from SQLite to LiteDB.
- Integrated OCR, computer vision and PII masking in sandboxed processes; built continuous cloud upload within a 500 MB memory budget and CPU throttling driven by user activity.

- Modernised Gates' legacy VB6 modelling software for synchronous and asynchronous belt drives, rebuilding it as a .NET desktop application.
